Booking Terms & Conditions

Payment Policy
In order to guarantee the booking, a deposit of 30% of the total amount via credit card or (wire) bank transfer is required as down payment. Full payment upon arrival.

Cancellation Penalty Policy

For any cancellation that takes place at least 21 days before the arranged arrival date, there are no cancellation fees.
For any cancellation that takes place 21 days or less prior to the arranged arrival date, there will be a fee of the 50% of the total amount.
In case of non-show there will be a fee of the 100% of the total amount.
In case of departure prior to the arranged date there will be a fee of the 50% of the remaining stay.

Check-In Policy
Check-In time: 14:00
Check-Out time: 10:00

For extending your stay after 12:00 and until 18:00, you will be charged 50% of the daily rate. For extending your stay after 18:00, you will be charged as an extra night.

Special Note:
The hotel reserves the right to modify all rates in case of a Value Added Tax Adjustment (VAT) regulated by the Greek Government.

Full payment upon arrival. *Only in case we have a specific agreement not to pay a deposit amount, please ignore above mentioned. Credit card guarantee is required for all online bookings. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the guest's credit card prior to arrival in order to check its validity.
